I mean, how can I when Kepner is accidentally shredding dorsal veins in the world's first penis transplant & Zola is in the ER with a bowel obstruction so Meredith & Derek are locking themselves in the stairwell as usual & Christina didn't get the surgery she wanted because her left hand is too tired & Avery & his mom are fighting over his choice to be a plastic surgeon & Lexi isn't even in this episode!!??!!?!
