Dear future Kathleen,

Listen.

Its going to be an incredibly busy semester. And you're going to be tired. [You're probably tired right now.] You have SO MUCH to do and enough time to do it if you plan well... BUT wait - before you start hyperventilating... I want to remind you that YOU'VE MADE THE RIGHT DECISIONS.

Committing to being a dedicated SGA member is the right choice for you.
Committing to being a hardworking Madrigalians member is the right choice for you.
Committing to being a Vocal major is the right choice for you.
Committing to being an Art Therapy minor is the right choice for you.
Committing to look for a mission position after college vs. 'a real job' is the right choice for you.

Choosing to get a job this semester is responsible.
Choosing to have an extra semester before graduation is responsible.
Choosing to take a semester off from the Theater Department is painful, yet also responsible.

Remember that excitement and inspiration from this time last year?
GO FIND IT. DON'T LET IT GO.

Do your homework. Keep up your progress with WeightWatchers. Get up for church on Sundays. Make the Dean's list. Play your guitar. Exercise. Get that tattoo. Pray. Practice for seminar. Love on people. Laugh more than you breathe.

p.s. please don't try to live off only chicken noodle soup. It won't work.
